Retail Skills (Level 2 and 3)
It is the job of retail personnel to provide the type, quantity and quality of goods that consumers want and to have these goods available where they are wanted and on time. There are many skills necessary in making retailing work effectively.
To achieve the Apprenticeship awarded by Skill Smart you will need to complete the NVQ, Key Skills and Technical Certificate. Potential career opportunities with this certificate include:-
